To create an account, you need the following informations : name, surname, email address and a personal password. You can change your personal information at any time from your personal page.
To change your account password, click on the account icon, next to the cart icon at the top right of the homepage, then click on "forgot password". Enter your email to which we will send a link to create a new password.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of it. This e-mail is not an approval of your order, but only a confirmation that we received it.
The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and ACTVSFIDEI.IT will take place when you receive the mail confirming the shipment of the purchased items . Neither our payment manager nor our designated courier are authorized to accept orders on behalf of ACTVSFIDEI.IT.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if:
the payment procedure was not successful;
restrictions are applied to the product by the competent local authorities;
the ordered item is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards and is therefore withdrawn from the market;
the eligibility criteria outlined in the disclosure are not met;
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason and at any time in our sole discretion.
Cancellation can only be requested for orders not yet processed. To request the cancellation of an order, it is necessary to contact customer service within 24 hours via the "contact us" section or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the data provided during the check out (name, surname, email) and the order number received in the confirmation email. You will be informed by our customer service on the outcome of your request.
Sorry, it is not possible to modify an order already confirmed. You can still request the cancellation of the order within 24 hours after the purchase, and in any case before the order is processed and shipped, and submit a new order.
Although we do our best to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur in the indication of the price of products. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible by email or by phone. We will have no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product that has been advertised as incorrectly priced and we reserve the right to cancel that order even if it has been confirmed or is in transit. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund you the relative amount within 7 working days following the communication. In the event that the products are collected while they are in transit, we will initiate the refund process once the products are back in our stockhouse.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address of a confirmed order. You can still request the cancellation of the order within 24 hours after the purchase, and in any case before the order is processed, and submit a new order with the right shipping address.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your shipment. By clicking on the tracking number you can view the status of the shipment directly on the website of the designated courier. The order will also be visible in the "orders history" section in your personal account page.
Items already available are generally shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order confirmation email. During special sales or promotions period, shipments may take longer.
ACTVSFIDEI.IT ships via:

FEDEX, SDA for all other countries.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and depend exclusively on the carrier that took charge of the shipment:
Italy: approximately 1-2 business days (excluding the islands, which may take 2-3 working days).
European Union: approximately 2-3 working days.
Rest of the world (see country list): approximately 4-5 working days.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by official documentation that declares the value of the individual items.
ACTVSFIDEI.IT cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or customs inspections, local or national holidays, trade union demonstrations, weather conditions and adverse events beyond our control. In case of delays due to customs offices, you will be contacted directly by the courier or by our customer service.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before collecting it from the courier. In the event that the delivery has been accepted by a third party with an unrecognized signature and/or there is evidence of damage, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org .
If a reception or concierge is available at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to them. If the package and/or the items inside are damaged, or if an item is missing compared to what is reported in the shipping confirmation email, the packaging must be kept for further verifications and the previous procedure must be applied.
Any dispute regarding damages or delivery to the wrong address must be notified to our customer service within a maximum of 3 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with ACTVSFIDEI.IT and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any additional charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
In the event that the package and/or the items inside are missing, the packaging must be kept for further checks. Any dispute regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by our customer service within a maximum of 3 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted. All communications regarding those disputes can be forwarded to our customer service via the "contact us" form or by sending an email to email@example.com, specifying the order number and the occurred problem .
We guarantee that all our items are checked by our quality control department before they are shipped. In the event that you received a faulty item upon delivery, you can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
In this case, we invite you to use the "online return" form, specifying the order number, the item code and selecting "faulty item" among the available reasons of return. Once your request has been received, our customer service may ask you to send some photos that show the defect for which the return is requested. In any case, the security seal must remain intact and visible in the photos .
The goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality or conform to the description. It is specified that items that have been damaged due to normal use during the time, by the customer improper use, or even accidentally damaged, will not be considered as faulty.
We have done everything possible to represent the colors of our products in a realistic way. However, as computer, tablet and mobile devices monitors may vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of colors on your device will be completely true to reality.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. For the list of countries for which we are able to accept return requests, look at the SHIPPING/ SHIPPING COSTS section above.
The security seal on the returned items must not be removed or damaged. To request the return authorization it is necessary to fill in the "online returns" form in the footer menu of this page, entering the requested data (email address, order number, code of the items you want to return) and specifying the reason of return.
Once your return request has been submitted, you will immediately receive an email that confirms that your request has been received by our customer service. As soon as your request is validated, our customer service will send you an email with the instructions you will need to follow to make the return.
Authorized returns by ACTVSFIDEI.IT must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
ACTVSFIDEI.IT has the right to not accept returns sent by courier other than the one indicated in the return instructions email, or if the delivery involves additional costs for ACTVSFIDEI.IT, or it requires to be collected at a branch of the courier itself.
ACTVSFIDEI.IT also has the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender's address, upon payment of the additional shipping costs, which will be communicated by email.
Alternatively, any acceptance of such returns will result in a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The security seal and tag on the items for which the return is requested must not be removed or damaged. The garments and accessories must be returned together with their original packaging (dust bags, product boxes), which are considered integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged in any way, or being used as the only outer packaging. They will also need to be packed properly.
You can check the shipping status of your return using the tracking number provided in the return instructions email. As soon as the return is received and checked by our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.

The refunded amount of the return will be equal to the price paid for the purchase of the product, minus the costs incurred for shipments that will be borne by the customer.
As soon as we receive your return at our warehouses and the items will be evaluated as compliant with our return policy, we will proceed with a full or partial refund (in the case of a partial return of an order) and you will receive a confirmation email. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on your account in about 10 days. The timing may slightly vary, depending on the banking circuit of your credit card. For orders paid with Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, the amount will be refunded on the original payment method.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
The refunded amount will be equal to the price paid for the purchase of the product, minus the shipping costs for the return that are charged to the customer. For the return rates applied, see the SHIPPING/ SHIPPING COSTS section above in this page.
The refund will be made as soon as you receive our email confirming the cancellation. It may take up to ten days for the refund to be visible on your bank account, depending on your bank.
Payments and transactions are exclusively processed in Euros (EUR), as well as receipts, order confirmations and invoices.
However, the site allows you to view product prices in the currency of the country in which you are located or in any case more familiar to you.
Any price changes will in no case be applied to orders already confirmed.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Paypal (to create a paypal account connect to paypal.com website), Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
The products will be shipped only after the payment has been verified.
If the payment is made by credit card, the holders may be subject to authentication, as well as to an authorization request from their bank.
Check that your credit card/payment manager is among those accepted on our website.
Alternatively, contact the customer service of your bank or your payment manager for more information about the issue.
During the check out process, it is possible to request an invoice. Ask for the invoice by writing it in the "order notes" section and providing all the data requested during the payment process. To issue an invoice, you must enter an Italian billing address complete with tax data (company name, VAT/P.IVA number, SDI code).
If the invoice is not requested during the check out process, it cannot be requested at any time later.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
When an item is sold out, you will find the " EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button into the product page. Just select it and type your email in the popup window, and we'll notify you when the article is back in stock again.
Not all items are restocked, unless they are carry over items.
You will be informed in case the product you ordered turns out to be sold out. In this case, the amount paid for the unavailable product will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 days.
Alternatively, ACTVSFIDEI.IT reserves the right to offer:
- a new delivery date, if a restocking is coming.
- replace the product with one of your choice of equal or higher value, upon payment, in this case, of the excess amount.
